The ever so popular cherry valley is the first choice for anyone looking to sell duck eggs, they lay a large white egg all year round. They also suit the small scale flock and will keep you supplied with eggs for many years. They are slightly larger breed than the Campbell and a more docile duck as they are quite placid (when they aren't startled). They do make wonderful pets.
A hardy duck which will free range in gardens and these do not fly.
